The Mess has been open in Chagford for nearly 7 years. It is a small shop just off the square and has been a popular venue for many young people. 

The Mess is designed to be a space for young people to come to after school or college to relax and switch off. There is so much pressure building on young people at the moment from so many different directions that we feel it is important to offer this safe space for them to gather.

Here are the up to date sessions times for The Mess, Chagford.

ALL SESSIONS ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID-19. WE ARE LOOKING AT WAYS OF ENGAGING WITH YOUNG PEOPLE ON A WEEKLY BASIS USING DIFFERENT FORMS OF SOCIAL MEDIA.

EVERY THURSDAY AT 4PM WE WILL BE HAVING A YOUTH ZOOM SESSION WITH SOME GAMES AND A CATCH UP. PLEASE GET IN TOUCH IF YOU WOULD LIKE SOME MORE DETAILS.

Our current strimmed down project provision is the following session during term time:

TUESDAYS
7:00pm-8:30pm - Online Minecraft Session - School Years 7+

WEDNESDAYS
Drama Club in Jubilee Hall
6:30pm-8:00pm - School Years 7+

THURSDAYS
Table Tennis Club in Jubilee Hall
4:30pm-5:30pm - School Years 7+
