Meet the Team...

Wez Cutler
Youth worker

Wez has been working for OTE for nearly 8 years. After finishing his 3 year youth work degree course, he was employed part-time by OTE.

Whilst here, Wez has worked in the local communities building relationships with young people through various groups and activities. 4 years ago, with the help of CELT, Wez gained enough support to fund the opening of The Mess Youth Centre in Chagford.

Wez is involved with all the sessions and work that OTE does on a weekly basis, so if you come to The Mess, you will most likely see him there!

Liz, like Peter, has been involved at The Mess from the beginning and has very much become a favourite amongst a lot of the girls who attend!

She normally works either Mondays or Tuesdays and often spends her time playing games or knitting with the young people!

Last year, she helped a large number of girls (and a few boys) Yarn Bomb a tree at the primary school. If you attend the school or drive past it, you will see it!
