THESE SESSIONS ARE CURRENTLY NOT RUNNING
Every first Wednesday in the month, a group of young people come together to share a meal and watch a film. Afterwards, we look at some of the themes present in the film, some of the characters or the main story itself and discuss how these things can relate to being a Christian or the teaching we find in the bible. This time of sharing together is really important for those who attend and especially when we look at what being a Christian actually means for them and how they can ‘live out’ their lives of faith. The group is for anyone in Year 7 or above. They don’t have to go to church or have a faith or even contribute to the discussions if they don’t want to – there is no pressure! We will, however, be looking at the bible and what it means to be Christians in our world today. The Film Nights are held at Chagford Gospel Church from 6:00pm-8:30pm on the first Wednesday of each month.
