‘The Warmth Project’ – As you may be aware, in the last issue of the parish magazine there was an article asking for donations of any warm clothing. This is for a project a number of young people in Chagford are getting involved in. The main aim for ‘TWP’ is to distribute warm items of clothing and hot drinks to homeless people in Exeter. This project follows on from a previous project where the young people looked at homelessness and the problems of those living on the street. This will be happening on Saturday 6th February in Exeter city centre. Any left over items of clothing will be donated to St Petrocks homeless project in Exeter. I would like to say, for myself and on behalf of the young people, a very big thank you to all who have donated any items. We have so much to give and it will make a difference.
